That struggle is what gave birth to a simple yet effective strategy offered by the State Board of Missions called A.L.O.N.E.

A.L.O.N.E is designed to revitalize your church to allow it to be all God designed it to be. The process begins with a two-hour consultation between a state missionary from the Evangelism office, the pastor and a small (10 person) core group of church leaders, who will discuss critical areas related to church revitalization.
